RETURNS

 

We hope that you love your JU-NNA purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer up to 14 days for you to arrange a return. Please send us an email to info@ju-nna.com and provide a reason for return within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns outside this window may be rejected. 

 

Item should be unused and unwashed. Item should be in the original condition that you received. It should also be in the original packaging with garment tags attached. 

 

We strongly recommend that you provide us any shipment tracking details and insure the return shipment as we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit.

 

Any item which is not in the original condition mentioned above or is returned more than 14 days cannot be accepted. In such a case, you may have the option to have the products returned to you at your expense. 

 

Once your return has been accepted, a refund is processed to the original method of payment. Please note that payment may take up to 10 business days. Your refund will be processed minus any original delivery and shipping charges selected at the time of purchase. For non-EU customers, duty and taxes payments will not be refunded.
